Where can you buy cheap computer parts for business?

I have seen many people on ebay selling computers so cheap which they have made themselves. If you try to buy those parts from websites like ebuyer amazon or any other and put the cost together it comes to at least £100 more than what they are selling at. How do they manage to get such a low price? Where do they buy parts from?
I have been searching this a lot looking for suppliers or anything but didn’t succeed at all. I would be grateful if anyone can help.

They might not be of good quality but I still can’t find them anywhere. I am searching for couple of days now. I try to look for exact same model of parts they have used in their pc and even using them and making a pc with them comes to a really high cost for me.
Just curious how they manage to get the same parts so cheap.
Gone are the days when you could build your own computer for half the cost of an off the shelf computer.
Big Company’s who build computers buy their components in very large quantity direct from the manufactures, so don’t pay any wholesaler or retailer price mark ups.
Also they use cheap labor to accessible the parts with low skill labor on accessibly lines.
Another factor is the % profit on the company who assembles and sells the computers is a lot less as they sell a lot more computers so can afford to take a much smaller profit per computer.
