Pc Notebook Computers
Any PC Notebook that allows easy removal of Vista and Easy Installation of XP?
I see there are many difficulties with reinstalling certain drivers on computers that have hard drive with SATA interface…
along with other difficulties.
Im curious if a particular brand of Notebook PCs is compatible for an easy swap.. for someone like myself who is not a computer genious…
Toshiba Satellite A 105-4547
1. Find drivers for xp at toshiba website.
2. Buy Windows xp.
3. Before the installation, enter the BIOS setup boot menu when switching the pc on (press F12 or F2). You will see boot menu. Choose “BOOT from CD” option, save and exit the setup.
5. Insert installation CD to a CD drive and restart your PC.
6. Follow the further installation instructions on hard disk formatting and XP installation. Good luck!
