What to look for when shopping for a computer?
Im in serious need of a new notebook and I need to know what are things to look for in a good computer. Are some brands better than others? Also if anyone knows where I can get a really good deal on friday, Id appreciate it.

Im a college student, so I’ll mainly need it for school. I had a dell but it died a couple weeks ago.
It all depends on what you are looking for. Nvidia is my personal favorite brand of graphics card for a gaming computer. The processor is one of the more important parts of a pc for a gaming pc you want a quad core processor. If it is a gaming pc but on a budget you will want a processor with two cores but still high end. For just internet browsing and not serious gaming you can get just a normal duo core processor. The MHz are how you see how good the processor is for instance if its gaming you will want a processor with 3600 MHz or more. For things easier to process such as pictures and documents (a school pc) a processor that runs 1333MHz or in that range would be fine. The hard drive is also important, a hard drive running at 10,000 RPM would be good for gaming, while one with 5400 RPM would be good for a school computer.
