Is Atlanta a good place to live ?

I’m about to go to community college (2 yr) and I know I’ll get a job after that (going to get a bachelors after cc) but after I get my bachelor’s I either want to move to Atlanta or Orlando. Are there any opportunities for people who get computer science degrees in these two areas. And doe’s Atlanta or Orlando have a good public library system (outside the city but near the city). I’m currently in Boston and might want to move because the rent is to high and the weather is to cold.

No go to Orlando, Stay away from Georgia. Nothing but hillbillies and dangers.
